Emergency First Aid at Work
The Emergency First Aid at Work course enables a first-aider to give emergency first aid to someone who is injured or becomes ill while at work and is an excellent introduction to First Aid at Work training.
What is ‘adequate and appropriate’ will depend on the circumstances in your workplace and you should assess what are your first-aid needs. By carrying out a risk assessment taking into account any parts of your workplace that have different work activities/hazards which may require different levels of first-aid provision.
This course is an intensive one day course it has proved very popular with delegates requiring the qualification not just for work but also for members of sports clubs and social events.
A practical assessment exercise will be conducted at the end of the course.
This course is conducted in one day with a minimum of 6 hours contact time.
Courses are held on site or locally and places on each course are restricted to a maximum of 12 delegates.
